lovely stay
spacious room cooked breakfast
the room was spacious. i found the cleanliness excellent. i particularly enjoyed the main street view from the room. breakfast was included and offered a lovely cooked meal. i also had a great dinner at the inn.
the staff seemed inflexible with timings. i asked for a slight adjustment, but they declined. this created an inconvenience.

solid stay, needs minor tweaks
comfortable bed lovely furnishings friendly staff
I really liked the room. The bed felt very good and the furnishings was really lovely. the location is fab. staff was friendly. i thought the value for money was good.
the dining area felt cold upon arrival. the radiator did come on later, but the room should have been heated earlier.

the building has an elevator that provides access to all floors. i saw a luggage storage area near the reception desk for early arrivals. there are vending machines selling snacks and drinks near the lobby.

my single room included blackout curtains , made it easy to sleep. the room had a small desk with a lamp i found quite useful. the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.

check-in was fast. the staff helped me find a local taxi service i needed. the reception operates 24 hours, this provides assistance anytime.

breakfast included many choices. quality products and produce made a difference at breakfast. the sunday roasts tasted excellent and the cheese and onion pie became my favourite on pie night.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. A hairdryer was provided in the room. The bathroom was modern and clean (I especially liked the powerful shower).
The parking space in front of the building was tricky to get into.

undercooked steak blood
the room was clean and met my basic needs.
i had booked dinner. the waitress did not ask how i wanted my steak. when the meal arrived, the steak was undercooked. blood mixed with the salad, not appealing (i expected better attention to detail).

large wardrobe drawer space
The room had a large wardrobe with hangers. There was also drawer space available in the room. Breakfast included a full range of cereals juice and yoghurt. Cooked options were available and the quality was first rate.
I noticed that the dining area was cold when I went for lunch. The waitress turned on the radiator later.
